InnovaCare: An Innovation in Healthcare

InnovaCare Health is a leading provider of Medicare Advantage plans and physician practice services. Medicare advantage plans, also known as Medicare private health plans, contract with the federal government. They are paid a fixed amount per person to provide their clients with Medicare benefits. The three most common types of Medicare Advantage Plans are: Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs), and Private-For-Fee-Service (PFFS).

Some of them provide additional benefits like vision and hearing care. Medicare Preferred Provider Organizations are Medicare Advantage Plans. The client is responsible for paying a set copay for in-network providers. In addition to providing Medicare benefits, some PPOs may provide additional benefits that Original Medicare doesn’t cover like dental and vision care. Private-For-Fee-Service plans are Medicare Advantage Plans that a person can enroll in a different way to obtain their Medicare benefits. These plans have to all services that a person would get under Original Medicare. Inpatient services is Part A and outpatient services is Part B. There are certain physicians practice services that are covered by Medicare Advantage Plans.

Medicare Advantage Plans have to cover all of the services that Original Medicare must cover except for care people receive when they are dying. Original Medicare will cover the expense of this care even if a person has a Medicare Advantage Plan. No matter what Medicare Advantage Plan a person has, a client is covered for emergency and urgent care. The plan can choose not to cover the expense of services that are not medically necessary A Medicare Advantage Plan might provide other services such as vision, hearing, dental, and/other health and wellness programs. As I mentioned, InnovaCare is a leading provider of Medicare Advantage plans and physician practice services.

Keeping Your Cool Under Reputational Fire

In a recent article on Entrepreneur, author and business owner Kimanzi Constable gave brief and helpful tips to those undergoing reputational attacks in their professional and personal life. He cautions those receiving the negative reviews that attacks against your person happen often and can be dealt with in a manner that ultimately boosts your business. The trick is in consistent self control coupled with services, like, that work for you to clean up bad reviews online.

He first advises to react in a way that sets you above those who are distorting your name and person. Many times, the attackers will use rude or passionate language and terms in effort to discredit your character and integrity.

Your customers will also want reassurance that you won’t be abandoning your business or practice. It is important to show up both mentally and physically to work just as you have before. Speak to your customers or clients with confidence, meet with them, and continue working and building professional relationships. It would be even better to go the extra mile by offering higher quality solutions or services than you had before the negative allegations. This shows your clientele that you are not only staying in business, but also producing incredible results.

Constable also offers a word of advice to professionals by stating that reaching out for help and support can be of great value. When undergoing this kind of professional stress, self control can seem like a far-fetched standard to hold without fail. It’s important to create for yourself a safe place to release frustration and stress as well as confide in someone who is qualified to mentor and support you. Your personal life and those around you will benefit as well, as this can decrease stress and tension between you and your loved ones.

The final advice is to stay focused on your reason behind owning your business. When trials come, remind yourself of the bigger motive and dream behind your decisions, and press on. Websites, like SearchCleanup, can be of great assistance in finding and getting rid of negative reviews and ad that smear your name and your business.

Wengie Youtube

In this seven-minute video titled “Ombre Pink Hair” from the hair adventures of the wonderful world of Wengie, the bubbly Wengie reports from her living room to show us how to get temporary ombre pink hair.

Wengie uses an inexpensive product called Schwarzkopf Live Color Ultra Brights on her dark blonde locks and warns the audience that their individual results may vary based on the color of their hair. She also mentions that the dye is meant for those with blonde to light brown hair. Before opening and mixing the product, Wengie notes that the color is temporary and is meant to last around eight shampoos. While mixing the product ingredients, our host notes that the dye is a deep magenta-pink.

As Wengie is attempting an ombre effect with her color, she only uses one box of dye to color two long sections of hair, and then blends the product upward to reduce the look of a stark contrast. She notes that those with longer or thicker hair may wish to use two boxes of color. Though the directions on the box recommends leaving the product on for around 15 minutes, Wengie leaves it on for a full half-hour in order to deepen the color.

Wengie’s result was bright, cheerful pink hair with a gorgeous ombre effect. Wengie reports that she rates the product as a nine on a scale of one to ten and recommends it over hair chalk. She announces that she plans to try the Schwarzkopf Live Color Ultra Brights in Electric Blue once the pink washes out, and urges the audience to “Make life beautiful.”
